Shipdeck keeps track of all the various bug reports and feature requests from your clients. You can use categories, priorities, tags, and more to organize your issues.
The board view lets you pick the issues that your team wants to focus on, and hides the rest. As issues are completed, they disappear from the board and move to the Changelog.
Group related issues by using Milestones, which make it easy to see tasks that need to be done by a certain date.
As your team completes requests, they will automatically appear in the Changelog. You can also publish your Changelog to your website using the sharing feature.
Your clients can login and collaborate on your software projects
You can add people outside of your team to have limited access to projects. Internal (non-client) projects are also supported.
Clients can reply via the portal, or directly to email notifications. You'll be notified whenever your clients respond, too.
